Payment is expected at the time services are rendered; we offer several payment options to assist you:

• Credit Card for major payments - We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card.

• Payment plans are available.

In addition, a bookkeeping credit is given for payment in full at the beginning of orthodontic treatment. Please feel free to discuss these options with our staff.

We are happy to assist you with the necessary forms for filing insurance claims at the time of service. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly for your costs in our office.
